Return Policy

We strive to have all in stock items shipped as fast as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for your items to ship. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Depending on stock availability, some pillows will require time for manufacturing and will ship within three weeks. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 days.
If for some reason your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns on select items within 7 days for exchange or refund. Please email within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Any custom orders and sale items are final sale. All pillow covers are non-returnable. Please allow up to 7 days for print orders to ship.
Shipping costs are not eligible for refund, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
